In this role, you will need to:
Demonstrate passion for solving design problems while balancing all aspects of the user experience (strategy and research, information architecture, interaction design).
Show your expertise in the end-to-end iterative design process, including how to develop and use design research, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve human-centered design solutions.
Exhibit a deep empathy for the user and tools to help others develop this empathy.
Prove your experience in visual design and data visualization.
Display a strong understanding of modern web tech (animations, interaction, etc).
Proficiently use current industry design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Github, etc.
Show proficiency in interaction design for native mobile and web applications.
Communicate effectively and convincingly, with excellent storytelling skills.
